Fantastic Mock CQC Inspection!
The Mayfield had a mock Care Quality Commission (the sector’s regulator) inspection carried out by an independent third party to check the general running of the home, including compliance with the regulations. It was a very in-depth inspection and the findings were extremely positive – “The team presented as hard working, competent and possessing reassuring levels of initiative. Feedback from residents was highly complimentary about the care they received. There was a pleasant atmosphere of kindness and dedication within the home all day. Staff spoke highly of working at the home and reported being well supported.”
As a result of this fantastic result, the whole team was awarded Employee of the Month and received a whole host of goodies! Our team works tirelessly to deliver the very best experience to our reisdents and it is extremely encouraging to get such good feedback!
