Breast Cancer Awareness Day Tea Party!
At The Mayfield Care Home, we recently hosted a delightful tea party for residents and their loved ones, all in support of a great cause. The event had a pink theme, with everyone donning their finest pink outfits to raise awareness for breast cancer.
Our talented kitchen team truly outdid themselves, preparing an array of delicious cakes and sandwiches that were enjoyed by all. From scones to dainty finger sandwiches, every treat was made with care and attention.
The highlight of the day was the sense of togetherness and joy shared by residents and their families, who were thrilled to spend quality time together. The event was not just about fun—it was also for a good cause. Thanks to generous donations, we raised £170 for a breast cancer charity, making the day even more special.
