Weekly Hours
42 average weekly hours on a 3 on 3 off basis over a 6-week rota. 8pm-8am
The Role
You will play a key role in providing a high standard of care to our residents in accordance with their individually assessed needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Have Level 3 or 4 NVQ preferred. Have experience of being a Senior Care Assistant or Acting Senior Care Assistant looking for the next step.
- Be kind, warm and compassionate, with a can-do attitude.
- Supervise a team and keep calm under pressure.
- Have experience managing medication and be able to liaise with health professionals.
- Plan and prioritise workloads with an eye for detail.
- Handle enquiries, ‘show arounds’, visitors, and residents and relatives requests.
- Lead by example and energise colleagues to deliver exceptional care.
- Have excellent verbal/written communication skills.
